Refund policy

At Sage & Honey Goods Co., we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite, were happy to help. 

Returns- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: 

unworn and unwashed 

in original packaging 

free of makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage

returned with original tags attached

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Sale & Final Sale Items

All items purchased from our SALE collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please carefully review sizing, measurements, and product details before purchasing sale items. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can make it right. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

Due to our limited inventory as a small business, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size, subject to availabilty.
